Submit Accurate Information

Please ensure that all required information and forms are submitted with your application. Incomplete submission cannot be considered for grants. If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us- we’re here to help.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A GRANT

1.

Fill out McPhee Foundation Application via Google Form and follow steps completely and thoroughly by JULY 31st.

 

Please note that if you have recieved a grant 3 years in a row, you will need to take a 1 year break.

Prepare Seperate Files for Exhibits 1-6 to upload during application process
  1. Exhibit 1: Board of Directors
  2. Exhibit 2: Tax Exemption Letter from IRS
  3. Exhibit 3: Detailed explaination of grant utilization
  4. Exhibit 4: Short explaination of organizations mission/history
  5. Exhibit 5: Itemized budget of grant request
  6. Exhibit 6: Audited Year End Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Report

3.

Read terms and conditions and submit appication. Wait for a confirmation email that we recieved your application. If you have not recieved a confirmation, please reach out to us.

4.

Approval and denial notices will be sent the first week of October. Please be patient.

5.

If you are offered grant, please fill out follow up report and send to us by June 30th.
